By using the Prime Car Rental app, you agree to the terms and conditions, which include providing accurate information during registration, being at least 21 years old, and possessing a valid driver's license. Car reservations are subject to availability and require payment with a valid credit card. Reservations can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply. You are responsible for taking care of the rented car and any damages that occur to it. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and reserves the right to modify the terms at any time with notice of the changes.
